FZN Jr. Panthers ("we," "us," or "our") is a youth football organization based in O'Fallon, Missouri. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at fznjrpanthers.org and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Coaches and administrators may also have role and permission data associated with their accounts.
Player Information
Parents provide player details including the child's name, date of birth, grade, medical form status, emergency contact information, and any relevant notes. This information is used for team assignment, roster management, and safety purposes.
Payment Information
Registration fees and invoices are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We store transaction records including amount, status, and date for your records.
Contact Form Submissions
If you use our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content.
Profile Photos
Users may optionally upload a profile photo. These images are stored securely using Firebase Storage.

- Managing player registrations and team assignments

- Enabling coaches to view rosters and player statuses for their assigned teams

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Coaches: Coaches assigned to a team can view player names, statuses, and parent contact information for their team members.
- Administrators: Organization administrators have access to all user, player, registration, and payment data to manage operations.
- Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and file hosting, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our participants.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. User authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with secure password hashing. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firestore security rules enforce role-based access control, ensuring users can only access data appropriate to their role (parent, coach, or administrator).
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and player information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Registration and payment records are retained for bookkeeping and organizational record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is designed for use by parents and guardians to manage their children's participation in youth football programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All player information is provided by and managed through the parent or guardian's account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Opt out of non-essential communications
